Welcome to i1scr2u, an online gaming platform operated under a recognised international gaming licence. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and i1scr2u ("Company", "we", "Platform").

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the i1scr2u platform — including the website, mobile app, or related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

The i1scr2u platform is open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You must register using true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. Accounts using false or borrowed identities will be terminated immediately.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• i1scr2u staff and their immediate family members not eligible becoming a platform member.
• You must unlisted in any active self-exclusion program.

Your i1scr2u account is entirely your responsibility. You must keep your password and login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered your own actions.

• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately via 24/7 live chat.
• i1scr2u will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Be wary of phishing.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM 5 or terminated at i1scr2u's discretion, with prior notice sent to your registered email.

I1scr2u supports a variety of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including internet banking transfers (FPX), digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and select crypto options. All transactions are processed through a secure, integrated payment system.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 for most payment methods. The minimum amount may vary depending on the selected method.
• Deposits are credited to your account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes depending on the payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50. Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for verified requests.
• Withdrawals may only be made to bank account registered under the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• i1scr2u reserves the right to request verification documents (KYC) before processing a first-time withdrawal or for amounts exceeding a specified limit.
• Any withdrawal attempt using a method different from the original deposit method may require additional verification.

I1scr2u offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to reward our members' loyalty. Each bonus offer is subject to wagering requirements and withdrawal limits as specified. Please read the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.

• Welcome bonus is only eligible for new members who have never received any bonus previously. One bonus per person, IP address, device, or household.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and real cash are used on a separately. Real cash will be used first unless otherwise stated.

• All confirmed bets are final and non-reversible once the game has started.

• Minimum and maximum wagering limits are set for each game and must be complied with by all members.

To ensure a safe and fair environment for all members, certain behaviours are strictly prohibited on the i1scr2u platform. Violating any of the following rules may result in permanent account suspension or termination.

• Opening or using multiple accounts to gain a bonus advantage or circumvent set limits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity through the platform.
• Using another person's credit card or payment method without authorisation to make a deposit.
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors in the system to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from bug exploitation will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language towards support staff or other members.
• Using any software, script, or automated tool to manipulating game outcomes or platform processes.

I1scr2u reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the member's own request.

• Accounts that temporarily suspended will be frozen from all deposit, wagering, and withdrawal activities until the investigation is complete.
• For accounts that permanently terminated due to a terms violation, any valid real cash balance will be refunded after deducting any bonuses or wins associated with the violation.
• Members may apply to closing your own account at any time via the account settings section or by contacting our support team.
• Members who have enrolled in the self-exclusion may request immediate account closure. This request is processed within 24 hours.

The i1scr2u platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or errors at all times. While we continually strive to ensure maximum uptime, there are situations beyond our control.

• i1scr2u is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• We are not responsible for any service disruption caused by factors beyond our control, including internet disruptions, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Any dispute relating to game outcomes or transactions must submitted within 30 days from the date of the incident. Disputes submitted late may not be processed.
• The maximum liability of i1scr2u to any member shall not exceed net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

I1scr2u reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

• Members will be notified of any amendments material via email or in-account notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered as acceptance of new terms.
• The latest version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page with last updated explicitly stated.
• If you do not agree with the amendments made, you have the right to closing an account you before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
